Talent Acquisition - Recruitment Manager

DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

  • Direct the organization’s recruitment activities in order to ensure the best candidates are selected for each role and the recruitment process is conducted efficiently, cost-effectively and in accordance with the organization’s policies and standards
  • These activities may include advertising, interviewing, testing  and selecting candidates, checking references (if necessary)
  • Deliver candidates on time base on KPI
  • Ensure New Employee on Boarding will be smoothly (induction, tolls kit, computer, etc)
  • Maintain data base and prepare weekly and monthly report for Recruitment Asia (Indonesia, Regional Asia & Thailand)
 
 
Job Requirements :
 
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree, Human Resource Management, Psychology, Social Science/Sociology or equivalent.
  • Required skill(s): microsoft access, Microsoft Office.
  • At least 4 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Manager / Assistant Managers specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
  • Full-Time position(s) available.

Advice to Management

Manajemen baru jebolan dari PT U yang diandalkan korporasi membawa angin segar bagi perubahan manajerial perusahaan. Karyawan menjadi lebih disiplin namun tetap dengan rasa kekeluargaan yang tinggi, serta banyak fasilitas yang diperbaharui. Namun sayang dengan perubahan sistem operasional, pendapatan turut berkurang drastis. Sangat terasa bagi yang sudah berkeluarga.
