IT Service Desk
- Answer incoming information technology calls in a timely manner, discusses problems with users, evaluate and prioritize incidents reported
- Ensure support activities are monitored logged, tracked and resolved appropriately and in a timely manner
- Escalate calls to the appropriate technical, professional andor service personnel for service, repair and follow-up
- Provide end-user training as required/assigned
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent
- Have good communication skill in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Preferably Staff specializing in Technical & Helpdesk Support or equivalent
- Willing to work shifting
- Willing to work on client’s site around Jakarta
- 3 Full-Time and Contract position(s) available
