• Report to Creative Director
  • To understand and translate design briefs into visuals.
  • To prepare visuals and layout with the aid of computer software to illustrate the design and prepare it for presentation.
  • Assist in organizing, planning and executing events, activities and promotions
  • Assist in preparing proposals and communications of projects
  • Assist and responsible from Event Proposal Development to full execution turnaround
  • Service existing clients and projects with an ability to grown and expand our services will be advantage
  • Obtain quotation for related matter and dealing with vendors
  • Build and manage strong relationships with clients and maintain good relationship with all vendors/suppliers
  • To have an eye for detailed and problem solving skills
  • Confident, positive, persistent, target-oriented, enthusiastic
Requirements :
  • Undergraduate from any related design discipline (Interior Design/ 3D Visualization/ 3D Software Design/ or equivalent) are welcome to apply
  • At least 2-3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Candidates with experience in events industry are advantage.
  • Compulsory  skill(s): 3D max or any similar software is a must  ( familiar with Sketch Up software is advantage)
  • Required skills(s): Professional presentation skill, leadership and managing, events coordination and management, Creative Thinking
  • Have the passion and motivation to grow and succeed in event advertising and media industry
  • Creative and with an ability to bring new concepts, ideas and products in the market
  • Good writing and oral communications skills, strong analytical and interpersonal skills
  • Willing to work long hours including weekends and holidays when necessary (including travelling to outstation)
  • Applicants must possess own transport
  • Good Communication skills in English is a must
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office-Word, Excel and Power Point
  • Multi Tasker and able to work under pressure

Jenjang karir di dalam perusahaan ini menurut saya kurang jelas. Selain itu, terkadang pekerjaan cukup melelahkan karyawannya. Waktu istirahat kurang.
