Tanggung Jawab :
  • Memastikan target penjualan tercapai
  • Mengelola dan memberdayakan tim SPG dan MD dalam pencapaian target omset dan target display / di outlet
  • Membina hubungan baik dengan pihak outlet
  • Merekrut SPG
  • Membuat laporan penjualan sesuai ketentuan
Kualifikasi :
  • Minimal  2 tahun pengalaman sebagai SPG dan 1 tahun pengalaman sebagai Team Leader
  • Diutamakan yang berpengalaman di bidang Consumer Goods (FMCG) Modern Market
  • Memiliki kendaraan bermotor dan SIM C
  • Dapat memimpin tim mencapai target penjualan
  • Berpengalaman koordinasi SPG di supermarket / modern market
  • Dapat memimpin, proaktif, dan berorientasi pada hasil
  • Base : Pluit, Jakarta Utara
