Job Responsibilities :
  • Handling new claim (body repair) of customer car from the beginning until finish and make sure it's running well
  • Build and maintain a good relationship with vendors (workshop, sparepart , stc)
  • Handling customer complain related with their claim and solving it.
  • Monitoring aging & update status of claim matters in the system.
  • Changing our SOP by using know-how and build our self-insurance standard
  • Transfer know-how to our subordinates
  • Having experience in claim matter and having technical knowledge about claim process
Requirements :
  • Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) from sounding / reputable university with GPA minimum 2,8
  • Having working experience in insurance minimum 2 years is preferable
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Good communication skill.
  • Willing to work under pressure and multitasking job.
  • Possess inherent drive and motivation to do the job well
  • Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
  • Full-Time position(s) available.
