Requirements:
  • Experienced minimum 3 years in similar position, especially in hospitality and service industry
  • Hard worker and ready to work for flexible hours
  • Self-motivated and have strong sales skills
  • Able to work as a team and individual
  • Good leadership qualities, including strong motivational, communication, team building and training skills
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken
Responsibilities:
  • Leading and managing membership sales
  • Generates sales leads through Company-sponsored events
  • Break down target sales per staff
  • Help the sales staff to do the close out or TO (Take Over) to the potential members
  • Maintain and direct training, coaching & development of the sales staff
