Airfreight Customer Service Executive

Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree Logistic/Transportation or equivalent
  • At least 1 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
  • Competent in MS Office applications with proficiency in Excel, MS Word & Power Point
  • Good communication skill in English especially, both written and verbal
  • Able to work under preassure with high level of detail
  • Customer service oriented
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Soewarna, Cengkarang
  • Full-Time position available
Responsibilities:
  • Financial : provide accurate job costing
  • Operations : receive and validate customer order
  • Local Logistics Strategy: Air Customer Service will handle both Export and Import divided by customers
