Job Description:

  • Trainin employee
  • Preparing Training Need Analysis (TNA)
  • Develop Training program, Training schedule and Training report
  • Prepare KPI
  • Support recruitment process and all HR responsibilities

Requirements:

  • Age maximum 30 years old
  • Able to communicate in English (written and oral)
  • Education Minimum Diploma or Bachelor degree (D3/S1) from reputable university/academic
  • Dynamic, aggressive, type of person with high self-motivation
  • Able to work with team
  • Have experience as Instructor/ Trainner minimum 3 years in Electronics Manufacture
  • Understand training process, bureaucracy of Disnaker, BLK & related institutions
  • Willing to work in EJIP Cikarang (PMA Japan)
  • ONLY CV IN ENGLISH WILL BE PROCESSED (Max 7 days)

Perusahaan sudah bagus dalam mengoptimalkan perhitungan upah lembur, sehingga karyawan selalu bersemangat dan bekerja dengan lebih maksimal ketika diberi tugas diluar jam kerja
