  •     Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Industrial), Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Metal Fabrication/Tool & Die/Welding), Engineering (Mechatronic/Electromechanical), Physics, Metalurgi or equivalent.
  •     Has a good communication skill & leadership
  •     Required skill(s): People management, autocad 2d 3d, Solidwork.
  •     Fresh Graduate allow to apply or max 1 year(s) of working experience.
  •     Applicants must be willing to work in Tandes,Surabaya.
  •     Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Engineering - Mechanical/Automotive or equivalent.

Our brands, such as ACR, Salsa, Fidelity, Legacy, Roadmaster, Prodigy, Sphinx, Rhyme, and SB Acoustics etc, occupy more than 70% of the Indonesian market. In 1987, SBE Group began to distribute loudspeakers to OEM Customers in USA, Europe, Japan and some Asian countries. Some of our OEM clients are Bentley, Sharp Indonesia, Polytron, Honda, Yamaha Music, Libratone (Subcon Apple) Harman Revel, QSC Audio Products, Isuzu, Suzuki, Dian Box.

Pros

Merupakan perusahaan yang dirintis dari skala kecil dan sekarang sudah terlihat mulai berkembang, baik dari segi manajemen atau juga dari segi pemasaran.

Cons

Menurut saya perusahaan terlalu sering melakukan pemotongan gaji karyawan, sebaiknya perusahaan lebih mengurangi hal tersebut, atau paling tidak memberikan penjelasan yang masuk akal demi transparansi sistem pembayaran gaji.
