Deskripsi Pekerjaan


The incumbent will report to the Regional Sales Manager,  and be responsible mainly for developing and executing integrated business plans to support the market strategies of the Sales Teams to achieve their volume, profit and share goals and booklet objectives for new initiatives.
Detail task include :
  • Developing Sales Team in his Area with organizational skills, account strategies, territory planning and administrative responsibilities to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction is maintained.
  • Establishes quarterly and monthly priorities integration national canvass drives with local programs to address local opportunities and execute canvass drives with excellence.
  • Works include managing and controlling budget to support the priorities execution.
  • Research customer needs and develop sales in an effective manner by:
    • Obtaining & coordinating data & information from sales team
    • Working with sales team, sales support to establish a communication path with the customer to ensure sales opportunities.
  • Monitoring bad stock as well as bad debt to reduce bad stock and maximize Account receivable
  • Leads the development and follow-through of the training programs for Sales Managers and his team/distributor organization focused on Sales core work processes, i.e. coverage planning and selling processes.
  • Conducts in-field training to his team and distributor organization and personally handles high leverage key accounts to drive NSV, distribution and merchandising results.
  • Co -Leads with the distributor management the development and execution of the recruitment and retention programs (skill training, performance evaluation, compensation).

The General requirement :
  • Holds a Bachelor Degree in any related subject
  • Minimum 7 years of solid experience in Sales Management in which 2 years as  Area Sales Manager of FMCG, preferably in personal care and household products of multinational company
  • Strong understanding of the overall traditional trade channel condition and have a good relationship with traditional trade retailers in East Java and Surrounding areas
  • Solid track record in increasing sales numbers through traditional trade channel
  • Target oriented and able to effectively achieve given target
  • Ability to penetrate major accounts, and build long term relationships with key customers
  • Possess strong Analytical skills, and proven ability to manage complexity
  • Willing to work in the tough environment (result oriented person).
