- To assist in procurement of office or project, sourcing of quotes, managing a record of invoice and filing.
- Follow up import documentations and coordinating with logistic company.
- Keep record of office inventories.
- Prepare Delivery Order and coordinating with Project Manager or Customer.
- In charge for office and warehouse maintenance.
- To execute general clerical and company administration works.
- Other ad-hoc tasks are assigned by superior as when required.
- Candidate must prossess at least a Diploma /Degree Certification.
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Excelent administration, sourcing and procurement skills.
- Computer skills and knowledger of relavant software (such as Ms. Office).
- Hard working, trustworthy, highly responsible, reliable, motivated & able to work under pressure to meeting deadlines.
- Integrity and discretion when handling confidential information.
- Positive work attitude and able to perform Multi-Tasking.
- Required language(s): Mandarin (MUST), English both oral & written.
- Willing to work in corporate office at Tangerang.
