Training & Recruitment Manager (Jawa Tengah)
Job Responsibility :
- Create employee fulfillment strategy for Branches in Centra Java
- Recruit employees for Branches using appropriate recruitment tools
- Develop and regularly update training policies and procedures
- Conduct TNA, develop training materials based on the needs, and deliver training
- Ensure that all employees are provided with required skills and knowledge for their job
- Conduct training evaluations based on the agreed standard
- Prepare and maintain training budget
- Liaise with external training provider for special training
- Develop motivational program for employees
- Develop internal communication media for employees
- Minimum S1 from any discipline
- 3 or more years relevant experiences from banking, insurance, multi finance, or microfinance industry is more preferred
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Demonstrate good records of developing and delivering training
- Have experience in recruiting staffs and able to use appropriate recruitment tools
- Excellent computer skill
- Willing to travel
- Willing to be relocated in Purwokerto, Cilacap, Kebumen - Central Java
