Our Client in Office Rent business need team to join as Business Center Assistant and the requirment are:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management, Linguistics/Languages, Mass Communications or equivalent.
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Had good presentation skill
- Had marketing or sales experience will be advantage.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Cengkareng.
- Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
- 2 Full-Time and Contract position(s) available.
- Greetings visitors and tenants
- Preparing proposals to prospects
- Follow up prospects
- Presentation of products and services
- Client management and loyalty program
- Maintaining daily operation of the business center
- Daily, weekly and monthly report
- Preparatation of lease documents and progress
- Fluent in English (oral and written)
- Should stay close to the location of regional offices or in Cengkareng, West Jakarta (depending on office location)
- Experience in hospitality / service industry is a lot to do and understand the meaning of customer service
- Has the soul of service excellence
- Having secretarial skills
- Initiative and high sense of belonging
- Good communication skills (oral and written)
- Have a good attitude and discipline as well as timely work
