- Identifies and deal project deliverables with stakeholder (success criteria, target, scope, milestone, budget, schedule/timeline)
- Ensure the project gets the appropriate resource from the resource manager.
- Communicate the respective project deliverables to the project team
- Coordinate the needed task to be done with the appropriate person with organization both internal or external.
- Deliver project on good quality and scheduled time.
- Manage and identifies project risk, define contingency plan, resolved issues and conflicts within project.
Manage project documentation, report status, conduct periodic project review according to the PMO standard.
