    Responsibilities :
    • Provide personal assistant to the CEO
    • Gather, compile, verify, and analyze information for CEO's to use in document such as memos, letters, reports, speeches, presentation, etc
    • Liase communication to all depatment and external party related with company activity
    • Organize meeting, business trip, and visa arrangement
    • Compile and prepare confidential and sensitive document
    • Perform any other administrative tasks using independent judgement and direction
    Qualificaton :
    • Psychologycally mature
    • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma's Degree, Majoring in Law, Secretarial or Office Administration
    • Good knowledge in Schedulling, Administration, and Travel Management
    • Have experience as Secretary of Manager's above
    • Good communciation in English and Mandarin both in verbal and written is a must
    • Good interpersonal skills, self motivated, trustworthy, well organized, customer, and target oriented
    • Having ability in multitasking and time management effectively
    • Able to work independently, under pressure and tight deadline
    • Job require flexible working hours, including saturday when required
    • Minimum 2 years Experience
