    DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

    This position is reporting to Unit Head of Data Management & Reporting Unit. Will provide some reports to Management, Sales Team, all business partner, data movement for GL/GH and also ad hoc report. The officer must do analyst all raw data, to produce a report that fulfill clients need. She/he will be responsible but not limited to:
    • Facilitating and design all report such as contest report from all bank partner, ad hoc report and adjusted it to the need of customer
    • Making some reports such as production report of KPR for each  bank partner and multi finance on daily/monthly basis, incentive reports, contest report, payment report due to monitoring payment of KPR.
    • Mapping TM data from bank partner (Citibank & BCA). So NB team will get a clean case data to be upload to the system
    • Managing database in ADC area, especially for Group Health. Register data movement for Group Health clients to TPA
    • Reconciling data production for each partner
    • Making some ad hoc report to support team business
    Requirements:
    • Min. Bachelor degree in any field
    • Have minimum 1 (one) year experience as a data reporting
    • Have an intermediate skills in Ms. Excel
    • Have another hard skills due to making a good reporting
    • Accurate, detail, and have good analytical thinking

    Kesimpulan Review

    Pros
    • Gaji yang diterima karyawan tetap walaupun penjualan menurun serta budaya perusahaan yang bagus, ramah dan kekeluarahaan sehingga memberikan kesan nyaman untuk karyawan.
    • Tunjangan kesehatan yang sudah layak bahkan karyawan yang memiliki status kontrak sekalipun juga diperhatikan oleh perusahaan sehingga kenyamanan sangat terjalin.
    Cons
    • Tidak adanya asuransi kesehatan untuk karyawan sales dan fasilitas pendukung lainnya sehingga kesejahteraan karyawan tidak terjamin oleh perusahaan dan tekanan kerja yang lumayan tinggi.
    • Atasan yang kurang ramah kepada karyawan bawahan dan kurang komunikasi untuk karyawan sehingga karyawan serasa diasingkan dan terintimidasi oleh atasan.
