    We're looking for Unit or Sparepart Sales, especially understand in heavy equipment product, with criterias :
    • Minimal 25 years old
    • At least Diploma or Bachelor's Degree, in any field
    • Good looking
    • At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
    • Used to work at heavy equipment company
    • Interest and understand about heavy equipment product (UNIT or SPAREPART)
    • Familiar about technical equipment
    • Have a good experience in saleship and marketing
    • Able to build and mantain relation with customer
    • Oriented by target
    • Required skill(s): good bargaining and selling skill, good teamwork, good communication skill.
    • English is a must
    • Would be place at Surabaya

    Pros

    Owner seorang Motivator yang brilliant saya pikir. Untuk senior, gaji dan fasilitas cukup memadai, asalkan kita punya performa yang baik.

    Cons

    Produknya tidak bersaing di pasaran secara brand. Sistem pembayaran yang tidak luwes. Prosedur internal perusahaan yang kadang ruwet antar divisi.

    Advice to Management

    System Manajerial yg kurang profesional, hanya terpaku pada hasil akhir tanpa mau terlibat dalam prosesnya 100%. Sehingga tidak dapat bersaing dengan kompetitor yang semakin cerdas memanfaatkan peluang. Kekeluargaan yang di bangun hanya kamuflase. Hal yang paling buat keunduran perusahaan adalah terlalu santai situasi kerjanya. Terbukti beberapa divisi hilang atau di cabut ke agenannya dalam beberapa tahun terakhir.
