    • Identifying training needs within the organization
    • Preparing training plan including budget calculations
    • Developing and delivering training modules
    • Reviewing and evaluating the effectiveness of training programs
    • May interacts with external consultants to identify course objectives and content
    • Making arrangements for further education and monitoring the progress of attendees
    • May design and implement assessment to identify management potential and training needs
    • Administering and maintaining accurate training records and monitoring costs
    • Supporting the General Manager in the area of organization development
    • Minimum Bachelor degree (S1) in Psychology, Education or other relevant fields
    • Minimum 4 years hands-on experience in the area of training
    • Having adequate knowledge of training management
    • Having excellent facilitation and presentation skills
    • Quick learner, independent, self-starter, creative, resilient and highly motivated
    • Good team player and capable to work under pressure to tight deadline
    • Preferably having adequate skills in English
    • Excellent communication both oral and written
    • Excellent persuasion skills and having pleasant personality
    • Computer literate, especially in Microsoft Office and Internet
