    Job Description :
    • Develop key account business plan for implementation and effective sales operation at key account to gain sales performance
    • Ensure efficient budget spending for having good profitability at key account
    • Prepare realistic key account sales forecast by each account
    • Collaborate closely with marketing sales team to ensure product availability and set promotion activity plan
    • Managing the administration function of key account business
    • Convert the plans into convincing selling progress for the account
    • Negotiate and close trading term with each and every account on annual basis
    • Develop and implement the sales strategic per account in alignment with the company’s strategic objective and manage key account and distributor relationship on an ongoing basis
    Requirements :
    • Maximum 35 years old
    • Diploma or bachelor degree in sales, marketing, business management or related
    • Minimum 2 years of experiences in home appliances electronics industry or related
    • English communication skills (verbal and written).
    • Entrepreneurial, self-starter with hands-on approach
    • Flexible and open to change, multiple tasks in restricted timeframes
    • Be able to take critical decisions and handle stress
    • Persuasive, communicative and innovative
    • Microsoft office (power point, excel, word)
    • Logically and analytically minded
    • Detailed oriented
    • Target oriented
    • Love and enjoy all things about sales and marketing
    • Diligent in work ; immediately responsive on all matters
