Job Description :
  • Your primary job rule is to manage sales order, communicate with customer and others partners.
  • Manage data product information into the web catalog and marketplaces
  • Manage stock, quantity of product availability
  • Answer the questions from the customer via multiple sales channel (email, whatsapp, facebook, etc)
  • Take incoming sales orders and input into the system (web)
  • Print the picking list and the prepare for shipment
  • Deliver to nearest shipping courier,  or wit for delivery pick up
  • Take complaints from the customer and offer solution
  • Report to the director

Requirements :
  • Maximum 30 years old
  • Minimum SMU / D3 graduates.
  • Required skills: Ms. Office (word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Required languages: Indonesia, English
  • Expert in using laptop/computer, internet, social media and chat application
  • Customer service and sales orientation
  • At least 1 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
