Job Purpose
Develop trade marketing programs and activities in the appointed operation to ensure achievement of unit operation sales, market share, and customer satisfaction
 
Job Responsibilities
  • Support team in translating national marketing program into local by providing data, relevant information    and recommendation to ensure the alignment between national and local program
  • Prepare communication material for National Marketing plan roll out for new developed product in region to ensure successful marketing program implementation
  • Prepare trade marketing program for unit operation include develop operational target, setting operational target, prepare DME budget and gather approval on proposed program to ensure effectiveness of marketing program and achievement of sales target
  • Support team in developing implementation plan for picture of success etc. to ensure achievement of desired picture of success
  • Create and recommend programs to upgrade capabilities of our customer (General Trade, HORECA, MTP)
  • Support date to develop action plan for customer include corrective action plan to improve customer sales performance
  • Identify area for improvement, develop improvement program and monitor the implementation to increase process efficiency, cost effectiveness, or increase productivity
  • Prepare, monitor, control the annual department budget to ensure expenditure is in line with the Business Plan
  • Take responsibility for providing and managing a work environment that is safe and without risk to health by ensuring OHS policy, plans, procedures, induction, training and work instructions are followed. Ensure that hazard management including identification, assessment and control are undertaken
Requirement
 
  • Minimum Bachelor Degree in Faculty of Economic, Marketing or Management
  • 2 years working experience, preferably from FMCG Company
