- Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers
- Recommend merchandise based on customer's need and suggest items that might complement the need
- Respond to customers' enquiries and complaints
- Assist in display of merchandise
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
- Create daily, weekly and monthly sales report
- Maximum age of 30 years old
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma's Degree in any field
- Minimum 1 year of working experience in fashion retail
- Willing to work under shifting schedule including weekend and public holiday (6 days work, 1 day off)
- Able to work both independently and in a team
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Self-motivated and keen to learn
- Honest, strong leadership and hard-working
