DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Main Responsibility :
  • Collaborate closely with P&L Channel team (DTC, PIA and Affinity) to add value to their new business development
  • Develop, deploy, and monitor predictive model and/or segmentation for sales, conversion, persistency, and/or cancelation
  • Continue to enhance its models to be more agile and relevant to the changes in customer behavior and channel needs.
  • Assist in key strategic projects to help solve business problems (persistency, collections, BT2C etc.)
  • Analytics support for business to improve marketing campaign, business process and services, e.g. product and pricing analysis, billing analysis, NPS analysis, Leads optimization, etc.
 
Qualifications :
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in database management in insurance.
  • Bachelor Degree  in mathematics,  statistics background,  IT background.
  • Proficient in SAS software and familiarity with other database processing
  • Familiarity with bank/credit card/insurance environment is a plus
  • Familiar with financial institution environment
  • Developing team members in the work as well as for long-term success.
  • Have knowledge of policies, technologies, trends, information current and in the future.
  • Able to design a good system, forming a strong management team, designing and implementing an effective working system
  • Developing business concepts are new and different, keep the necessary resources and provide solutions.
