Merchandising Manager



    Job Description:
    • Demonstrate a high degree of independence and leadership in managing the brand including excellent executions to achieve business and marketing objectives
    • Assist General Manager to provide sound strategic thinking, leadership and good business judgment in all aspects of merchandise productions, budget (OTB), quality improvements, pricing, product development, communications, deals, etc
    • Monitor and evaluate category performance to recommend and execute appropriate changes in plans to achieve optimal results
    • Initiate and recommend new business opportunities/ improvements to strengthen brand portfolio
    • Manage and improve skills of any Merchandisers/ Assistants that may be assigned
    • Age between 25-32 years old
    • Bachelor's Degree in Business/ Marketing¬†
    • Minimum 3-4 years of senior associate/ mid-managerial position in a leading Multi-National/ Large Scope Local FMCG/ Retail/ E-commerce
    • Strong commerical sense and knowledge of consumer/ fashion trends
    • Strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
    • Good supervisory and delegation skills
    • Good command of Indonesian and able to communicate in English
    • Responsible and able to work under pressure
