Chief Engineer - Pluit area

DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Scope of Work:
  • Create preventive maintenance schedule (weekly, monthly and yearly)
  • Create work schedule for Technician team
  • Make a weekly and monthly report about maintenance progress
  • Report to Facility Manager
 
Requirements:
  • Age maximum 40 years old
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma 3 or Bachelor's Degree of Engineering (Electrical/ Mechanical)
  • At least 3 year(s) of working experience as Chief Engineer/ Assistant Chief Engineer in Building Management, not from Manufacture/ Production area
  • Have a strong knowledge about Air Conditioning, Electrical, Plumbing, Water Pump, and Generator System.
  • Able to making report with Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
  • Lives near Pluit/ North Jakarta area
  • Have a strong leadership and communication skill
  • Full-Time position(s) available.

Cons

Kisaran gaji relatif rendah. Bobot pekerjaan yang tinggi menuntut pegawai untuk bekerja dengan keras.

Advice to Management

Pengajuan status karyawan tetap relatif sulit. Karyawan kontrak tidak mendapat tunjangan kesehatan yang menjamin keluarga. Benefit/fasilitas yang didapatkan relatif minim.
