DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Responsilbilities:
  • Managing, maintaining and updating company licensing including legal contract, agreement, corporate documents, controlling daily operational, maintaining, and be able to engage and build report
 
Requirements:
  • 25 - 28 years old
  • Min. S1 degree in any major, min GPA 3.00
  • Multitasking person, fast worker, able to meet and can stand with the high demands in fast-paced environment
  • Min. 2 years relevant experience, having experience with import license, Botasupal, other licenses, postel certification
  • Good networking/relationships with government/ministry
  • Strong Ms. Excel, Word, and reporting skill is required.
  • Fluent in English & Bahasa both oral and written
  • Independent, good team work, good interpersonal, communication skills, high integrity,
  • Able to work under pressure to achieve goal.

Saya rasa gaji yang ditetapkan oleh perusahaan sudah cukup baik dan bisa dibilang sangat kompetitif bila dibandingkan dengan merk kompetitor lainnya.

Cons

Sebaiknya perusahaan kedepannya lebih mengurangi penggunaan sistem outsourcing, atau lebih bagus lagi bila dihapuskan, karena menurut saya agak menghambat proses rekrutmen karyawan baru dari luar yang lebih kompeten.
