  • Building a healthy sales pipeline independently.
  • Generating new business from the sales pipeline
  • Ensure achievement of target for new generated business on monthly basis

KPI and SOP Establishment:
  • Adhere to the SOP, communicated by superior
  • Understand and undertake the utmost efforts for fulfillment of KPI

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor Degree in any discipline from reputable university
  • Have an experience in a similar position in Logistics/Freight Forwarding Company will be an advantage.  fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Must have strong passion to achieve target
  • Strong persuasive and negotiation skills
  • Diligent, self-motivated, able to work with a minimum supervision in a fast-paced environment
  • Established network of customers and business relationship
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Understanding English as good as Bahasa
