DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Job Responsibilities:
 
  • Devising travel arrangements, including travelling data and filing
  • Arranging visa administration and accommodation
  • Organizing and attending meetings, to ensure the materials are well prepared for
  • Taking notes or dictation at meetings
  • Providing general assistance during presentations
  • Screening phone calls, emails, inquiries, and requests and handling them appropriately
  • Meeting and greeting visitors at all levels of seniorities
  • Organizing appointments
  • Performing correspondences
  • Liaising with guests and other staffs
 
Requirements :
 
  • Minimum D3 from any major, preferably from secretarial major
  • Experience in handling travel arrangement, VIP arrangement experience is an advantage, including   web-booking, group booking, seating arrangement, meals preferences, refunding including but not limited, flights and hotel accommodation for domestic and international travelling with destination of Europe, US, Africa and others
  • Hands on MS Office
  • Well organized appearance
  • Excellent organizing and team work skills
  • Conversant in English and other language is an advantage.
