Job Description:
This role is responsible for all recruiting and staffing programs and activities related to the attraction, selection, hiring and on-boarding of talent into IBM as well as partnering with IBM managers to help build a workforce with those critical skills needed to move the business forward.
 
This role can also be responsible for ensuring talent processes comply with appropriate business controls or initiating/maintaining immigration statuses. Individuals in this role may also be a team lead, providing work direction, guiding employees on various processes and acting as a point of escalation for team members. The employee focuses on individual/team objectives and development of professional effectiveness.
 
Also, An employee in this role has responsibility for managing a team and leads multi-cultural programs, practices, and initiatives globally; or Equal Opportunity compliance. The role may include managing the development, implementation (setup/plan employee training, setup rewards and mentoring, career strategy)  and support of employee and management cultural changes and initiatives associated with an increasingly changing working environment. Responsibilities could also include developing a methodology to measure initiative results as well as ensuring support and compliance with the diversity strategy.
 
However, the role could focus on managing the auditing, compliance and monitoring efforts with regard to employment legislation and other regulations. This would include overseeing effective system implementation, analysis of employment data, and recommending use of internal and external diversity and developmental initiatives as the foundation for IBM's Affirmative Action programs. The role would also ensure processes link with other HR areas to meet Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action obligations. The employee focuses on individual/team objectives and development of professional effectiveness.
 
Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, any field.with minimum GPA 3.0 out of 4.0
  • Have good communication skill, team-player attitude willingness to learn, and fast adaptation to dynamic work environment
  • At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Candidate communicates actively in English.
  • 1 Full-Time and Contract position(s) available.

Anak perusahaan nya IBM Indonesia tetapi tekanan kerja nya tidak setinggi IBM Indonesia. Kesempatan belajar nya juga sama dengan IBMer lainnya. Ada kesempatan untuk berinteraksi dengan komunitas internasional.

Cons

Tidak ada kekurangan yang merugikan kecuali perusahaan terlalu bergantung kepada policy IBM pusat, jadinya kaku. Selenggarakan kegiatan bersama atau gathering guna mempererat hubungan antar karyawan.
