- Guide and evaluate all crew & managerial performance.
- Organize and develop training methods / materials.
- Maximum 35 years old
- Minimum Diploma from Hotel Management / F&B.
- Minimum 3 years experience as trainer / operation in F&B Industry.
- Well groomed, good communication & presentation skill.
- Good knowledge of F&B training concept (Service Excellent & HACCP).
- Able to conduct classes in a professional manner.
