CUSTOMER SERVICE

Jobdesc Customer Service :
  1. Memberikan penyambutan saat customer datang.
  2. Menangani/menjawab sambungan telepon masuk (Incoming Call).
  3. Menangani/menjawab email masuk.
  4. Memberikan pelayanan terhadap customer yang mengikuti pelatihan
  5. Memberikan informasi yang dibutuhkan customer.
  6. Menangani komplain yang terjadi saat pelatihan berlangsung.
  7. Melakukan kegiatan administrasi reguler (pembuatan daftar absensi, rekap feedback, toolkit, dll.)

 

Persyaratan Customer Service :
  1. Wanita, usia maks 30 thn, pendidikan min D3
  2. Berpenampilan menarik (Foto), Service Oriented
  3. Ramah dan komunikatif
  4. Mampu mengoperasikan komputer
  5. Lebih disukai mampu berbahasa Inggris
  6. Disiplin dan pekerja keras
  7. Sehat Jasmani dan Rohani
