Job Responsibilities :

  • Manage order, payment and delivery goods to customer
  • Sales forecast and monthly work plan/visit plan to exceed quota of area
  • Visit to customers (identify customer need, issue, feedback)
  • Monitoring and maintain toko (stock dealer, check order dealer, meeting with dealer, etc)
  • Looking for additional toko
  • Developing new toko opportunities
  • Coordination with other department
  • Prepare Report Sales weekly & monthly and follow up inquiry
  • Achieve target set by management
  • Coordination with technical team to conduct training for customers
  • Monitor competitor, activities and market situation
  • Maintain Relationship with Customers
  • Branding and Improving MRF image
  • Support  Marketing Activities (hot spot, etc)

Qualifications : 

  • Minimum 10 years experience in sales managerial position.
  • Experience in distribution, pricing and creating promotion plans
  • Able to lead and manage teams to achieve targets and results
  • Computer literate and has excellent communication skills
  • Must be willing to travel
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent.
  • Required language(s): Chinese, English, Bahasa Indonesia
  • Preferably Manager / Assistant Managers specializing in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent.
  • Full-Time position(s) available.
