    HR Service Management is a function which supports the effective running of HR Services as it builds in size and process and operational accountabilities. The function / role holder will achieve this through close working partnerships with local HR Services teams and support the review, adjustment, correction and agreed development of HR Services (to meet internal customer expectation) including reporting against target


    • Male or Female with min age 33 years old
    • Candidates must posses at least Bachelor degrees from reputable university majoring  physiology, Law or Human Resources
    • Having minimal 7 years working experience in Human Resources area in which 4 years in Managerial Level
    • Having Good Knowledge in analytical; communication and negotiation
    •  In depth knowledge Labor Law and other government regulation related with employee



    • To deliver a quality customer focused and professional service on Industrial Relation, Employee Relation, General Affair  and Payroll System & Benefit (BPJS Kesehatan, BPJS Ketenagakerjaan)
    • Develop and monitor standard HR operating procedures to ensure a high quality and consistent

    service delivery.

    • Well known with physiology tolls
    • Manage and develop a team of HR Services Officers to ensure that the team meets its

    objectives to provide an excellent service and seek continuous improvement.

    • Utilize technology to improve service delivery and overall customer service ensuring

    feedback/customer satisfaction is measured and monitored
