Administration - HR Officer

We are expanding our team in Indonesia and we are looking for an admin/hr officer. You will be reporting
directly to the local Chief Representative and will often be in direct contact with our administration team in Holland.

  • Responsible for the planning of our 24x7 NOC shifts team
  • Taking care of all company insurances
  • Managing the staff contracts
  • Managing Bank / Payments
  • Sending monthly accounting reports to Holland
  • Taking care of monthly tax reports

  • Fluent in English
  • Human resource or administrative experience.
  • Basic computer skills
  • Experience with MS Office
