DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

  • Perform typing, receiving an d serving guest, correspondence, filling.
  • Answer and screem incoming calls, emails, faxes and post.
  • Provide administrative assistance to Directors, including arrange meeting with clients, handle all business travelling included ticketing, hotel, visa, claims, and other accommodation arrangement, emailing and writing correspondence, creates and effective filling system for Directors documents.
  • Prepare and arrange the letters correspondence report and working documents also presentation.
 
Job Requirements :
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/ Bachelor’s Degree, Linguistik/ Languanges, Personal Services, Secretary or equivalent.
  • Age maximum 35 years old.
  • Having at least 2 years experience as Secretary or Personal Assistant (Preferably havimg experience in assist expatriate Superior/WNA).
  • Fluenty is English is a must.
  • Good attention to detail, good interpersonal skill and good administration skill.
  • Mature spiritually and good attitude.
  • Willing to be located in Lippo Cikarang, Bekasi.
