    DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

    Responsibilities:

    The successful candidate will be responsible to effectively leading & managing a team of Insurance Consultant (IC) in acquiring & accelerating business volume of Bancassurance products from Commonwealth Bank (PTBC) Distribution Channel to ensure achievement of sales target. He / She will also responsible in maintaining excellent level of customer service by leasing to our partner in order to develop & implement initiative or strategy to achieve sales volume and revenue targets.
     
     
    Requirements :

    We are looking for superstars who have an open minded attitude, creative to find ideas and new solutions. Good communication skills with willingness to learn and to help, responsible and strong in analytical thinking. The successful candidate should at least have minimum requirements as follow:
    • At least possess bachelor degree from any related disciplines.
    • Minimum 3 (three) years+ experience in sales or relationship related roles with ability to lead a team and deal with partners/customers.
    • Proficient in MS office and able to conduct effective business presentation.
    • Excellent and fluent in English for both written as well as oral.
    • Performance driven, pragmatic outlook with good business acumen.
    • Customer focus as well as network and relation building.

    Pros
    • Gaji yang diterima karyawan tetap walaupun penjualan menurun serta budaya perusahaan yang bagus, ramah dan kekeluarahaan sehingga memberikan kesan nyaman untuk karyawan.
    • Tunjangan kesehatan yang sudah layak bahkan karyawan yang memiliki status kontrak sekalipun juga diperhatikan oleh perusahaan sehingga kenyamanan sangat terjalin.
    Cons
    • Tidak adanya asuransi kesehatan untuk karyawan sales dan fasilitas pendukung lainnya sehingga kesejahteraan karyawan tidak terjamin oleh perusahaan dan tekanan kerja yang lumayan tinggi.
    • Atasan yang kurang ramah kepada karyawan bawahan dan kurang komunikasi untuk karyawan sehingga karyawan serasa diasingkan dan terintimidasi oleh atasan.
