- Handle customers request by Phone, Chat and Email.
- Follow up on open cases, change request and refund request.
- Helping and give advise customers on-line.
- Willing to work in shift (we operate in 24/7).
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Airline Operation/Airport Management, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent.
- Required skill(s): communication skill, english communication, Computer Literate.
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia both oral and written.
- Experienced in travel industry (Flight & Hotel Booking).
- Good attitude and able to work in a team.
- Cutomer service oriented.
- Resourceful and have ability to resolve challenges fast.
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Tebet.
- Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
