- Ensuring sales and delivery is running efficiently.
- Monitoring and ensuring achievement of sales objectives for all sales area or region.
- Propose sales program to GM and Director for increasing sales revenue.
- Develop, review, and train SOP for Sales Operation and Distribution.
- Ensuring Sales Reporting Standard compliance with and on schedule.
- Ensuring readiness of Stock with monitoring delivery and movement of stock.
- Ensuring performance of distributor is running on agreement, procedure, and policy.
- Candidate have at least Diploma Degree in any field.
- Have experience in same field at least 3 years in Distribution Company of FMCG.
- Good understanding about operation process and market trends of Distribution Company of FMCG.
- Good communication and negotiation skill.
- Have skill in preparing sales businees plan.
