    Job Description:
     
     
    • Controlling stock levels
    • Preparing Sales and Stock Planning
    • Monitoring best seller and slow moving, and taking action to make reduction price/promotion
    • Monitoring stock by category
    • Manage training all the team
     
    Job Requirements :
     
    • Maksimal 30 years old
    • Graduated with a minimum of S1 Degree with GPA > 3,00
    • Fluent in English, both oral and written
    • Have working experience minimum 2 years in the related field
    • Familiar with computer, detail oriented, adaptable and communicative
    • Have a good leadership, negotiation and problem solving skills
    • Responsible, able to think analytically and fashionable
    • Understand the flow and the system of product distribution and product buying procedures
    • Able to build good relationships with suppliers in the country and abroad
    • Ready for business trip
    • Willing to work in Surabaya/Jakarta

    Pros
    • Saya merasa bahwa rekan kerja di kantor sangatlah baik bisa diandalkan sebagai kelompok, selain itu lingkungan tempat kerja pun terasa sangat nyaman.
    • Bekerja di perusahaan ini membuat saya bisa mendaptkan banyak sekali teman karena perusahaan cukup banyak memiliki karyawan dari berbagai latar belakang.
    Cons
    • Porsi kerja yang diberikan cukup banyak dan biasnaya diminta agar selesai dengan cepat, sehingga tekanan dalam melakukan pekerjaan sangatlah tinggi.
    • Sebaiknya perusahaan agal lebih bisa meningkatkan lagi mutu produksinya, karena idak hanya dalam jumlah, kita jjuga harus bisa bersaing dalam soal kualitas.
