    Position : Recruitment Officer Access Control ( Security )
     
    Responsible to handle the full recruitment and selection personel security /Access Control, database applicant and coordinating all activities related to employment facilities.
     
    The ideal candidate profile:
    • Bachelor Degree Law / Psychology from reputable university and Gada Pratama
    • Age around maximum 35 years old with minimum 2 years of experience in similar capacity in a reputable company
    • Very Understanding related to HR ( Recruitment )
    • Understanding UU no 13 th 2003, BPJS
    • Able to operate computer (MS Office, Word, Excel and Powerpoint)
    • Service oriented people, proven track on honesty and reliability with good interpersonal skills.
    • Good communication skill in Bahasa Indonesia and English
    • Strong Leadership, Positive attitude, outgoing, energetic, responsible, fast learner and independent
    • Willing to travel and mobile
    • Willing to work long hours in a high pressure working environment
    • Place in Yogyakarya

    Cons
    • Promosi akan lebih mudah apabila dekat dengan atasan sehingga banyak yang bertindak semaunya hanya untuk mendapatkan karir yang bagus dari perusahaan.
    • Di perusahaan ini jenis pekerjaan engineering kurang mendapat perhatian dari para pimpinan, sehingga jenjang karir untuk tim engineering sendiri hampir tidak pernah ada.
