    The Key Account Executive OEM will support Channel Sales Manager OEM in achieving country’s OEM target of volume,  GM & active outlets by maintaining the existing business networks. The incumbent will execute and monitor OEM sales &
    marketing approach and offer and building local / regional / global OEM BP/Castrol network
    • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, any field.
    • Minimum 3 years handson experience in the frontline sales, preferably in B2B Business.
    • Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
    • Strong knowledge and skill in Sales and Key Account Management 
    • Good Consumer and Customers Insights
    • Energetic and enthusiastic
    • Work well with people in all different level and able to coordinate team toward the objective.
    • Good drive to align the resource and team in order to achieve the objective.
    • Strong understanding of effective distribution and retail penetration and its execution.
    • Good networking, negotiation and influencing skills.
    • Ability to use Microsoft Office suite
    • Able to operate computer software systems
    • Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s.
    • Full-Time position(s) available.
