Job Description:

  • Establishing the HR management in company with HR policies and procedures
  • Make Manpower planning & running the Recruitment Process
  • Remuneration & Performance Appraisal Process
  • Managing all activities from each department, and coordinate with related division
  • Preparing Annual Training Program and implementation
  • Compensation & Benefit

 

Requirement:

  • Bachelor degree or above, major in laws or Human Resource Management;
  • At least 5 years working experience in HR and GA management position;
  • Working experience in consumer electronics industry will be highly appreciated;
  • Good in English
  • Capable in computer skills especially for PPT, excel and word;
  • Strong interpersonal skills, good in communication and willing to work hard
  • Placement in SENTUL, JAWA BARAT
