The Customer Service Staff Administration role is for junior to middle level individual with huge drive to grow and succeed. Responsibilities include:
- Receiving and managing orders, complaints, and inquiries from customers.
- Tracking product order flow from warehouse, laboratory, invoicing to delivery
- Preparing all the administrative requirement for order fulfillment
- Supporting daily operational activities in the office
Preferred Background, Skills and Experience:
- BA/BS (S1) or equivalent
- More than 3 years full-time sales experience in the optical, hospital, pharmaceutical, or related industry
- Good communication skills
- Highly disciplined with good work ethics
- Good in Microsoft Office
