Job Requirements:
  • Min. Bachelor Degree (S1) with major in Psychology/ Law/ HRM/ Management from reputable university
  • Having at least 15 years experience in HR area with minimum 5 years in managerial level (preferably from Property company)
  • Expert in Recruitment and Organizational Development area
  • Familiar with People Development, Industrial Relations, Employee Relations, General Services, Compensation and Benefit, Training, etc
  • Having good understanding about Labor Law Rules and Regulation in Indonesia
  • Good attention to detail, strong analytical and strategical thinking, good interpersonal skill
  • Fluent in English
  • Good computer literacy
  • Located in West Jakarta
