DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

  • Responsible to manage and drive sales team to achieve the sales targets
  • To carry out marketing strategy to reach the target
  • To be sensitive and responsive to the current market situation, related to the sales activity
  • Build and maintain a good business network and working relationship with customers and potential buyers to enhance sales
  • Able to find prospective buyer and close the deal
  • To oversee staff working practices and ensure staff conduct themselves in a professional manner
 
Job Requirement:
 
  • Minimum Bachelor Degree in Management or any related discipline
  • Minimum 5 years experiences in Sales and Marketing Property Business (with minimum 3 years experiences in Sales Manager position), especially for Residential Project
  • Have a good personality, attractive, creative, and innovative
  • Have a good network and database in Sales and Marketing Property Business
  • Excellent selling and negotiation skill
  • High proficiency in English, both oral and written
