To lead, guide and monitor the supervisors in their task of supervising and staff scheduling to ensure fair distribution of task with proper manpower coverage for all tasks and assignments
To ensure all operational staff understand and comply to the requirements of the clients
To frequently review , monitor and control operational performance and expenses via reports (Exceptional reporting, audit findings, Profit and lost, etc)
To ensure proper, accurate and accounted use of branch’s petty cash. The petty cash register should be up dated and accurate at all times
To ensure that the branch’s copy of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and company polices are up-to-date and accessible to the staff for their reference.
To ensure up-to-date and accurate records of branch inventories, assets and equipments (both in branch and those issued to sites)
To ensure close monitoring of staff’s attendance and punctuality to work
To ensure optimum and efficient utilization of all available manpower in the branch
To ensure all staff are briefed, aware and knowledgeable on the company’s and job’s updated standard operating procedures and policies
To monitor staff’s performance according to the KPA and KPI set from time to time to ensure targets are achieved, reviewed and revised accordingly.
To ensure that the health and safety policies and procedures for all employees are promoted and practiced throughout the branch
To analyze the margin and profitability of each assignment
Minimum 5 years experiences in an operational management role
Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbal and written.
Demonstrated ability to work un-supervised (leadership skill) and manage a team of junior managers, administrative employees and operational supervisors and up to direct employees at multiple customer locations.
Knowledge of financial (Managing budget, Profit & Loss, Cost Control, Forecast) and HSE
Be a customer service people oriented person.
Be willing to work and relocate in all Indonesian area.
