DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Job Description:
  • Maintaining the overall building / office integrity which is ranging from operational-related hardware, items, housekeeping operation, energy-sustainability, and other requirement
  • Handling the building contract - related needs
  • Conducting a vendor management
  • Maintaining environment, health, and safety compliance
  • Creating an internal budget analysis and liasing with the finance division
Requirement:
  • Possessing a Bachelor Degree in any fields (Bachelor Degree majoring in Mechanical or Electrical is a plus)
  • Able in the use of English for day to day basis (Verbal and Written)
  • Possess a level of understanding about Mechanical Electric which related with the preventive building maintenance
  • Possessing 3 - 5 years working experiences in the same industry or property (eq. Tenant Manager)
  • Independent, pro-active, fast paced, up to date information, good attitude, honesty and integrity
