- To set target and allocate territory coverage for the sales forces and Distributor with commercial and effective oriented consideration.
- To propose ideas for the short term and long term improvements of sales operation in the area.
- To maintain control system in his/her area in order to :
- To achieve sales target both for the Regional Distributor and Sales forces
- Expenses control
- Ensure product distribution accordance to objectives’
- Ensure stock in Regional Distributor and customer as needed.
- Ensure effective and regular supervision and training for all his sales team as well as the Regional Distributors.
- Properly maintain the company asset/equipment in his/her area.
- Take necessary action to improve business with the key Customers.
- Development /guidance :
- Together with RSM prepare for recruitment of personnel needed in his area.
- To motivate his/her subordinates, and to cooperate with staff member in finance and logistic by creating good atmosphere for high working spirit, and to ensure good communication with all levels.
- To develops the skills and potentials of a Salesman through proper identification of one’s strengths and weaknesses, formulation of development plans and conduct of appropriate training to improve performance and achieve the organization’s objectives.
- To recommend the appointing and terminating of Regional Distributor in his/her area.
- To check and approve the Trade Return Documents submitted by the ASS
- To ensures daily delivery of orders to customers to take advantage of sales opportunities and to guarantee availability of products in the market.
- To monitors and provides feedback on the performance of Salesman to ensure the achievement of Sales objectives and targets by joining the actual Sales operations and by evaluating the regular reports submitted.
- Conducts regular sales and operational meetings to monitor performance of Salesman and progress of Sales operations to address issues and concerns that need to be resolved.
JOB REQUIREMENT :
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, any field.
- At least 7 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Experience dealing with multy distributor in food consumer good's
- Preferably Manager / Assistant Managers specializing in Sales - Retail/General or equivalent.
- Full-Time position(s) available.
- Able work under target,work under presure and result oriented.
- Place in Surabaya
- working daya mondah to saturday (saturday is half day).
