    DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

    One of our client, Japanese Manufacture company based in Cikarang is looking for HRGA Assistant Manager.
     
    Job Description:
    • Handling General Affairs functions in Human Resources Department as a SV or Manager position.
    • Cooperate with local government policies.
    • Monitoring Health, Safety & Environmental matter, included training, applied and maintain as government’s rule.
    • Managing daily operational drivers, security, catering and office boy.
    • Conduct GA patrol, checking company facilities conditions .
    • Supporting the implementation of HR projects of obtaining company licences.
    • Preparing reports, submissions and other necessary correspondence relevant to GA matters for the management and company.
    • Coordinating with other divisions about HR affairs.
    • Conducting checklist of general conditions of building, general facility, safety and environmental, then providing the improvement program.
    • Other tasks may related
     
    Qualification:
    • Person who lives around Cikarang ※Due to far distance from Jakarta
    • Working experience in Japanese company or still working at least 3 years.
      • And those who knows and accustom Japanese company’s work style.
    • Well command of English on business situation.
    • Current position is above SV level, besides it,must have management experience.
      • They prefer who has HR business experience especially to GA
      • Can work under pressure, problem solver, good communication skill, tough

    • Suasana kerja di dalam perusahaan cukup terasa kekeluargaan dan cukup nyaman dalam mendukung pekerjaan yang ada. Rekan kerja pun supportif dan tidak menghambat pekerjaan yang dilakukan.
    • adanya lingkungan kerja yang baik dan kekeluargaan, atasan yang baik dan profesional, jam kerja yang normal dan adanya acara pelatihan bagi karyawan
    Cons
    • Kenaikan gaji di perusahaan ini terbilang lambat dan gajinya pun belum sesuai dengan pekerjaan karyawan sehingga harus ditingkatkan lagi agar lebih sesuai.
    • salary dan jenjang karir yang sangat lambat, perusahaan kurang bisa memberikan kesejahteraan karyawan dengan baik, rasa kekeluargaan yang kurang erat
