    • Perform research on Sharia Insurance industries, identify industry trends, outline competitive landscape(s),
    • Develop predictive analytics business cases for Asuransi Bintang Sharia & Customers
    • Finding new Sharia Business partnership (Help the business development team identify, qualify, and pursue prospects)
    • Engage with clients and potential customers to understand needs, challenges, and opportunities
    • Support sharia product selling in Point of Sales, including helping sales to achieve targets
    • initiatives new product in developing sharia business
    • Leverage problem solving skills and frameworks to develop solutions
    • Support Sharia Group Head on all aspects of deal execution and integration activities (this includes research, analysis, and deal execution activities)
    • Take on special projects on an as-needed basis
    Requirements :
    • Candidate must be possess Bachelor Degree, with GPA minimum 2,75
    • Having experience minimal 3 years in Insurance Company, preferably handling Sharia Business
    • Having experience in supervisory
    • Having experience as Sales will be advantage
    • Strong and proven leadership (managerial, time management and organizational skills)
    • Excellent communication skill and interpersonal skills such as establish relation  and the ability to influence customer (negotiation)
    • Highly Motivated, able to work under pressure, hard worker, discipline, client oriented, energetic, adaptive and fast learner.

    • kerja tim yang sangat baik, lingkungan kerja yang sangat baik dan suasana kerja yang sangat baik, kekeluargaan yang sangat baik
    • Sayangnya perusahaan ini masih menggunakan sistem outsourcing untuk merekrut karyawan baru, padahal sistem tersebut sangat merugikan bagi karyawan karena tidak mempunyai masa depan yang menjajikan.
    • perusahaan yang masih menggunakan tenaga outsourching dan juga masih menggunakan sistem kontrak, kurang adanya jenjang kair yang baik dan terbuka
